Boys & Girls

Cross Country (XC) Summer Training and Conditioning  (Open to Runnels students entering grades 6-12.)

This summer, XC is offering the opportunity for students to participate in group runs and conditioning. These activities are open to beginners and existing runners. No prior experience is necessary.

Equipment: A good pair of running shoes, a towel and water
Cost: NONE!

XC Highland Road Park Group Runs
June 1,11,13,15,18,20,22,25,27,29  |  July 16,18, 20  |  Aug. 4, 7
Mondays and Fridays  |  8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.  |  Highland Rd. Park (Pavilion at Amiss Rd. parking lot)

Sunday RUNs

Runnels Powerlifting Strength Training Camp  (Open to Runnels students entering grades 7-12.)

Campers will work to increase core strength, balance, agility, and overall strength. Athletes will engage in a variety of resistance style exercises as well as learning the techniques of the sport of powerlifting.

June 4-August 2  |  Monday and Thursday  |  6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Boys Summer Conditioning

Boys Baseball Summer Conditioning (Open to Runnels students entering grades 7-12.)

May 28-July 27 (off the week of July 4)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays  | 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Cost: $300 for the Summer for both Baseball and/or Basketball

Boys Basketball Summer Conditioning (Open to Runnels students entering grades 8-12.)

May 28-July 27 (off the week of July 4)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays  |  9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.

Cost: $300 for the Summer for both Baseball and/or Basketball

Girls Summer Conditioning

Girls Basketball, Softball, and Volleyball Summer Conditioning
(Open to Runnels students entering grades 7-12.)

This summer strength and conditioning program is designed to enhance athletic ability using proven strength and conditioning principles. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 29-July 19  (off the week of July 4)
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.    |  All Girl Workout
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.    |  Team specific skill work, drills and conditioning

Cost: $80 for the summer
